Both bedrooms are on the first floor both have double beds, bedside lamps and central lights controlled from the door and by pull cords over the bed.

Oil fired central heating is provided with controls on each radiator

Electric wall heaters with accessible controls are in both bedrooms

Cooling fans are available for the summer months

Both rooms have comfy chairs, well lighted mirrors, a large wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, free view TV, hairdryers and alarm clocks.

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided

Wireless Internet access is available

Books and magazines and brochures of local interest are provided.

One bedroom has an ensuite shower room with large 900x900cm shower enclosure with power shower, countertop basin, toilet, lighted mirror, shaver socket and heated towel rail.

The second bedroom has an adjacent private bathroom with power shower over the bath, vanity unit, and toilet, well lit mirrors, and heated towel rail and fan heater. Hot water pipes run under the floor of this bathroom.

Dressing gowns are provided in this room.

Breakfast is served in the dining room/lounge on the ground floor, separate tables are available and this room has level access from the hallway

 This room is available for guests to relax or have tea or coffee
